Pressure washing uses high-force water to blast concrete, driveways, patios, and sidewalks clean. People also call that power washing. Not necessarily. As long as we have access to a water spigot and the areas that need cleaning, we can complete most jobs while you're at work or out for the day. We'll send you before-and-after photos when we're done and check in before we leave.

Property managers, HOAs, and commercial accounts get a certificate of insurance before the first visit. Say so when you book and we will send the COI.

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and card. Payment is due when the job is complete and you've done the walkthrough and are happy with the results. No payment upfront required.

Soft washed. That includes manufactured homes with vinyl siding. A pressure washer can crack the panels, force water behind them, and void a siding warranty. The driveway or sidewalk next to that home is a different surface — concrete gets pressure washing, not a soft wash. If you only remember one rule, that is the one.

No. Roofs are soft washed. High pressure strips the granules off asphalt shingles, and those granules are what protect the shingle. The roof looks clean the same afternoon and then ages early. Low-pressure soft washing is the method shingle manufacturers generally point to. If your roof is under warranty, check your specific manufacturer's language — we will tell you exactly what we use. By hand. We clear the trough, flush the downspouts, and haul the debris off. Gutters are not a pressure-wash job and they are not a soft-wash job. If a downspout is buried or a gutter is pulling off the fascia, we say so instead of pretending it is just leaves. With pressure washing — a surface cleaner, not a wand held an inch off the slab. That is what keeps the finish even. Oil and rust get a pretreatment when they need it. We are fully insured and we send a certificate of insurance before the first commercial visit. Lots, walks, and dumpster pads are pressure washed. Building siding, including vinyl, is soft washed. Do not pressure wash a roof. Do not pressure wash vinyl siding. A rental wand on a driveway looks fast and leaves stripes.
