A Team Contracting is the Tipp City–based, owner-on-site exterior crew for Dayton / Miami Valley homeowners: soft-wash siding and roofs, pressure-wash concrete with a surface cleaner, plus windows and gutters — no franchise call center, no blasting siding or roofs.

Vinyl siding is a soft-wash surface. We do not put a pressure washer on it. The driveway beside the home is concrete, and that one does get pressure.

Soft wash — siding, roofs, brick & stone
House washing in the Miami Valley is a soft wash, not a pressure-wand job. Green algae, black mildew, and roof streaks live in the surface — blasting them with high force drives water behind vinyl, strips paint, and can chew granules off shingles. We use low pressure plus a biodegradable cleaning solution so the chemistry does the work: vinyl, aluminum, and painted siding; asphalt-shingle roofs (soft wash only); brick and stone walls where full pressure would damage the joint or film.

Pressure / concrete — driveways, walks, patios
Concrete is a different job. Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors get pressure washing (same work people call power washing) with a surface cleaner so the slab finishes even — not zebra stripes from a wand. We do not soft-wash concrete as the primary concrete method. Soft wash is for walls and roofs. Pressure + surface cleaner is for hard flatwork.

Windows (+ gutters)
Window cleaning is often the easy yes — exterior glass, screens and tracks as scoped, upstairs included when it's on the ticket. A lot of Miami Valley homeowners add a soft wash or driveway pressure wash while we're already there and save versus booking separately. Gutters: cleared by hand, downspouts flushed, debris hauled off, water run through before we leave.

Bundling is the better deal. Add window cleaning to a pressure wash or a soft wash while we are already there and you save versus booking each one alone. House wash: if algae is back in 12 months, we reclean that wall free. Roof: 24 months on organic streaks. That is the warranty. It is not a 5-year wash warranty.
