Beavercreek was a township until it incorporated as a city in 1980, and what is here now is fifty years of farmland turning into subdivisions. Most towns are old in the middle and newer as you go out. Beavercreek is not — a 1960s street can sit beside a 2005 development which backs onto something finished last year.
For us that means the house tells you more than the address does. We quote by what is actually on the building rather than by which part of town it is in, which is why our numbers here come from a walk-around or a photo rather than a zip code.

We're Not Local to Beavercreek, But We're Here Most Weeks
Our shop is in Tipp City. Beavercreek is a proper run from there, not the five minutes it is to Troy, and we would rather say that than pretend we are around the corner.
