Yes, one visit covers both. A Team soft washes the roof at low pressure and hand-cleans the gutters and flushes the downspouts while we're set up. Gutter cleaning is free with any roof wash. Why do the roof and gutters together
Your roof and your gutters share the same edge, the same ladders and the same perimeter setup. Doing them together is one setup, one visit. Roof, gutters, and siding on the same visit costs less than three separate trips out to your property.

What's included on a roof + gutter visit
The roof
- Low-pressure soft wash. We never put a pressure washer on shingles. The solution does the cleaning, not force.
- Plants protected. Beds get wet down and covered before we start, and rinsed after.
- Full rinse of the roof and everything below it.
- Before-and-after photos so you can see it from the street.
The gutters
- Troughs cleared by hand. We scoop and bag. Blowing debris just pushes it into the downspouts and causes the next clog.
- Every downspout flushed, and water run through to prove it drains.
- Debris bagged and hauled away, not left on your lawn.
- A quick roofline and soffit check. If we spot loose spikes, sagging runs, or separated seams, we point them out and photograph them. We're a cleaning company, not a gutter installer.
Add-ons if you want them
- Roof sealcoat: clear, water-based acrylic, $2 per square foot flat. See seal coating.
- Gutter face brightening: a $75–$150 add-on. It cleans the outside of the gutter line, where oxidation and road film build up.

Weather and timing
The wash only needs a day that isn't frozen. The roof sealcoat is stricter: it needs a 50°F+ day and a 24–48 hour cure, with no freeze while it cures. We'll schedule the sealcoat on a 50°F day.

Where we do roof and gutter cleaning
Dayton
